- 1 tsp Black pepper powder

- 12 Lasagna sheets boiled as per pack’s instructions
- Cheese
- 1/2 cup CheddarCheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions to make to make Beef Lasagne
- Beef filling
In pan, add oil and onion and ginger garlic sauté for 1-2 minutes. - Add mince sauté mince till changes color.
Make paste (tomato onion)
- Add salt,red chili

Add tomato onion paste and water,cook for 20 minutes

tomato ketchup oregano

In pan, add butter and let it melt, add all-purpose flour and mix well. - Gradually add milk and keep stirring and mix continuously.
Add salt and black pepper powder and cook until sauce thickens.
Then add cheese 1/4 1/4 cups both - For Assembling:
Grease baking dish with oil, cover it with lasagna sheets,
add filling or, spread white sauce
then again sheets beef filling sauce sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Bake
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C or until cheese is golden brown.
