  6. 20 ml olive oil

  8. Tomato passata sauce
  9. Mozzarella chopped up
  10. Basil

Steps to make to make Pizzette

  1. Sorry for the pics, my big mixing bowl is orange! Add flour and yeast to a big bowl. Slowly add the water and mix.
  2. As it comes together, add the rest of the ingredients, salt as last. Knead well and shape into a ball. Cover with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for about 2 hours. I left mine near a radiator 😊
  3. It should have more or less doubled its size. On a floured surface, roll out using rolling pin. In another bowl, mix passata, Glug of olive oil and salt
  4. Using a small pastry cutter, cut out your Pizzette and place on a baking tray. Leave to rest again for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200. Using your fingers, squish the middle of each pizza down to make a tiny dent. Add the passata, few mozzarella cubes and basil. Bake for about 12-15 mins 😂
